This role focuses on delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy following the principles of behavior analysis. Our mission is to enhance the lives of children with autism and support their families in achieving meaningful outcomes. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement tailored treatment plans that promote clients' acquisition of skills in a variety of developmental areas.
