The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Stanford University and the Fertility and Reproductive Health Service (FRHS) seeks a reproductive endocrinologist physician-investigator to join the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). The faculty position is at open rank (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) in the University Medical Line. Faculty rank and line will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. Candidates should have an MD or DO and be REI board certified or eligible in OB/GYN and REI. They must have a demonstrated ability to conduct clinical and/or translational research in the area Reproductive Medicine, Assisted Reproduction, or LGBTQ+ Health. We expect the successful candidate to develop a research program that is highly collaborative within the Department and the larger Stanford Community. In addition to research, the successful candidate will participate in all of the clinical activities of the division, including office visits, ART procedures, and reproductive surgery. Excellent clinical acumen and surgical skills are required. The successful applicant will also participate in teaching programs for medical students, residents, and fellows and serve as a research mentor for OB/GYN residents and REI fellows . The REI division has a fully ACGME-accredited fellowship program.
The Stanford Fertility and Reproductive Medicine (SFRM) team includes some of the country’s leading embryologists, reproductive endocrinologists, reproductive geneticists, urologists, nurses, and technicians. In addition to a full spectrum of assisted reproductive technology, SFRM is the home of several multi-specialty programs including robust Oncofertility, Q+ Family Building, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Endometrial Health, full service Urology, and Reproductive Genetics programs. Fertility services are offered as part of the world-class Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services, where patients and families benefit from a smooth transition from fertility care to obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric care. SFRM is housed in a new, specially designed, state-of-the-art facility. This location provides ample parking, modern examination rooms, and convenient hours.
The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the University Medical Line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service—appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

Salary Range: The expected base pay range for this position is: Assistant Professor $305,000 – $329,000; Associate Professor $370,000 – $388,000; Professor $411,000 – $443,000.
This pay range reflects base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. It does not include all components of the School of Medicine’s faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs .
