Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking a motivated Registered Nurse professional to deliver concierge-level medical care, hospitality, and service for clients, staff, and guests.

The ideal candidate has experience in clinical and emergency settings, builds strong relationships, and serves as both client advocate and internal ambassador.

Success requires independence, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. (Housing provided)

What You Will Work On

• Deliver preventative, therapeutic, and emergency medical care to clients, staff, and guests.
• Coordinate referrals and telemedicine consultations with local and remote physicians.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, vehicles, and accurate inventory records.
• Document patients encounter and clinical reports in electronic systems.
• Support policies, procedures, and training for clinical operations, including telemedicine and evacuations.
• Ensure clinic safety and compliance through inspections, disinfections, and incident reporting.
• Provide concierge medical and emergency response services as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Associate's degree in nursing(ADN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Applicable State or local government health system License is required, Nationally and International credentialing is preferred.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS provider certifications are required, instructor certifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Emergency room or acute care clinic setting is required, and 5 years of ICU or critical care experience is strongly preferred.
• Preferred credentials include - AMLS, PHTLS, PEPP or EPC.
• Autonomous on-site healthcare provider in remote environments with virtual physician collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgement under pressure.
