We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to coordinate, measure, and accelerate McKee Wallwork’s business development engine. Our ideal teammate has experience orchestrating marketing, sales, and business development efforts, ensuring they run as one integrated growth system. Our Revenue Operations Manager will ensure our business development, sales, and marketing efforts remain visible, strategic, and resourced. From prequalifying leads to coordinating campaigns, from maintaining clean CRM data to reporting insights, this role makes sure every part of the pipeline is built for momentum. Responsibilities Translate company growth strategy into tactical, actionable steps across marketing, sales, and BD. Keep the sales team focused on high-value opportunities by prequalifying leads and automating routine outreach. Manage CRM, data hygiene, and dashboards so leadership decisions are always based on trustworthy numbers. Advocate internally for BD, sales, and marketing priorities—securing bandwidth, budget, and attention. Coordinate content creation, campaigns, events, and outreach across teams to ensure integration. Measure, report, and recommend adjustments to continually improve pipeline performance, win rates, and retention.
