Role :

You’ll start by delivering excellent client work and quickly grow into higher-level responsibilities.

• Immediate Short-term: Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and payroll services for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Medium-term/Long-term: Mentor and lead junior team members as you step out of the day-to-day work into
• more supervisory and strategic functions
• Help design and refine the systems, SOPs, and workflows that will allow our outsourced accounting practice to scale
• Lead client relationships for assigned accounts, helping them understand their financials and make informed decisions business decisions
• Step into leadership opportunities as we grow — helping shape both the outsourced accounting team and firm-wide culture
• Over time, help us expand into additional back office services and elevate into more advisory-level work for small businesses and nonprofits

Qualifications:

• Ambition to grow – you’re among the top performers where you are now and want more opportunity, recognition, and compensation
• 3–5+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or outsourced finance functions (public accounting or client-service experience preferred)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and payroll platforms; familiarity with Bill.com, Ramp, or Gusto a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with accuracy and professionalism
• Proactive and accountable—takes ownership instead of waiting for direction
• CPA or similar credential is a plus, but not required

This firm is committed to rewarding talent, not tenure.

• $90,000 – $130,000 base salary (depending on experience)
