The Role / Who we are looking for: As a Senior Business Analyst at Kerv Digital, you will shape and lead the Business Analysis practice, working with stakeholders, clients, and teams on projects like digital transformation, operational optimization, and process automation. Your focus will be on traditional business analysis activities, guiding workshops, process improvements, and translating requirements into actionable outcomes. Key responsibilities: Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and align business objectives. Requirements Elicitation & User Stories: Convert requirements into user stories, maintain backlogs, and collaborate with teams. Stakeholder Management: Influence and manage stakeholders, challenge requirements for value, and build strong relationships. Process Re-engineering: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Strategic Contributions: Align analysis efforts with long-term objectives and provide decision-making insights. Documentation & Communication: Create clear documentation and communicate findings effectively. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Project Delivery: Ensure projects meet timescales with a hands-on approach. Mentoring & Leadership: Mentor junior BAs and contribute to the BA practice’s success. Pre-Sales Support: Support bids and tenders with analysis activities and project planning. Candidate profile: We seek individuals who: Work well independently with support when needed Have excellent attention to detail Handle escalations effectively and work with remote teams Deliver on tight deadlines Competencies & Experience: Personal attributes include diplomacy, strong communication, relationship-building, resilience, emotional intelligence, analytical mindset, confidence, open-mindedness, and teamwork. Professional experience should include delivering complex IT projects, stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, process and data modeling, and change management skills.
