As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative, scalable solutions that drive real business impact. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to critical architectural decisions, and help shape our engineering culture. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll consistently deliver high-quality code that balances performance, maintainability, and speed to market. What You'll Do: Design and build a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience anywhere, anytime. Develop end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure components Dive fearlessly into unfamiliar territory to solve complex problems with elegant, performant solutions Collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical implementations Optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and reliability Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and observability Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team What You'll Bring: 3+ years of TypeScript development experience, including strong typing practices and patterns and TypeScript in Node.js server environments Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks Practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design Strong DevOps skills including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build tooling Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications 100% remote within the US Flexible vacation policy Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses Three-day weekend every month of the year Competitive compensation 401k plan Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development About MNTN: Our recruiters will always reach out using an email address ending with @mountain.com OR @mntn.com.
