Must Haves:
· 3–5 years leading multiple landscape construction projects and supervising crews in the field.
· Proven ability all phases of project management —scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control—for complex design/build installations.
· Computer savvy with Aspire, Bluebeam and other construction PM software.

As Senior Construction Project Manager , you’ll direct the successful completion of standout landscape projects throughout Maltby and Puget Sound.
What You'll Do:
· Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and your team through professional, transparent communication.
· Supervise field operations, track project progress, and handle critical materials and change orders to keep everything on schedule.
· Run weekly team and safety meetings, keep accurate crew records for payroll and job costing, and support ongoing innovation in best construction practices.
