Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking several 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Location: East Fishkill, NY

Pay Range: $21.00 Hourly 

Shift - 2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:30am + Mandatory Overtime

What's the Job?

• Unload trailers of products and ensure accurate staging and sorting for loading.
• Load and unload trailers while complying with all safety requirements.
• Sort and place parts in designated areas, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
• Utilize a warehouse management system to electronically scan products.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure damaged products are identified and removed.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift on a consistent basis

What's Needed?

• Ability to follow all safety requirements in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and shipping orders.
• Commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prior forklift experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
