Our client, a logistics and warehouse operations company, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting the fulfillment and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate
Pay Range: $18/hour
What’s the Job?
Accurately pack, label, and ship all outbound orders to ensure on-time and secure delivery
Receive and verify inbound shipments, ensuring physical and system counts match
Manage inventory of shipping supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
Create and maintain shipping labels and related documentation
Coordinate with carriers and serve as the main point of contact for resolving shipping issues
What’s Needed?
Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift
Basic computer and documentation skills
Must adhere to access and safety protocols including using a unique PIN code and wearing a printed name badge while on site
