Shopify QA Engineer

Hybrid | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Omnichannel Commerce

We’re seeking a Shopify QA Engineer to support the final phase of a WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration ahead of a January 2026 launch. This role will serve as the QA subject matter expert , responsible for ensuring seamless functionality, performance, and integration across all Shopify stores and connected marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA and troubleshooting for Shopify sites post-migration.
• Test and validate third-party app integrations (Klaviyo, Submarine, Reviews, Loyalty, Analytics, etc.).
• Conduct end-to-end functional, regression, and cross-device testing.
• Validate checkout, pricing, promotions, and omnichannel sales flows.
• Partner with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.

Note: Candidates must have direct experience with Shopify QA/QC and DTC environments to be considered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DTC/Omnichannel eCommerce QA, with deep Shopify experience.
• Strong understanding of Shopify Plus, Liquid, and multi-store environments.
• Familiarity with martech tools (Klaviyo, Submarine, Everflow, GA4, TikTok Pixel, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business teams.
• Hands-on experience with QA tools (Jira, Asana, BrowserStack, etc.).

Bonus: Experience with influencer sales funnels or DTC ecommerce operations.
