Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SharePoint, business process analysis, and data-driven decision making. Experience performing analysis, gathering business and functional requirements, and documenting as User stories. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to drive digital and security transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and document current business processes across departments to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements.
* Lead the collection and clarification of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and use cases.
* Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint solutions (including sites, lists, workflows, and permissions) to support document management and collaboration needs.
* Manage the migration of files into SharePoint.
* Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover trends, identify issues, and recognize areas for improvement that drive business decisions.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.
* Support change management and user training initiatives related to new process implementations, SharePoint, or RPA solutions.
* Develop functional documentation, user stories, process maps, and test plans.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions aligned with business strategy.Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 8+ years of experience in a business or functional analyst role.
* Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site design, workflows, and permission management.
* Solid data analysis skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in identifying and defining RPA use cases and collaborating with automation teams to deliver RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
* Basic understanding of scripting or low-code/no-code platforms.
* Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
* Certifications in Business Analysis, RPA, or SharePoint administration are a plus.
