AFTER MASTERING THE GAS STATION AND CONVENIENCE STORE BUSINESS IN TEXAS AND PERFECTING THEIR FAMOUS BBQ, OUR FOUNDERS MOVED TO LAKE CHARLES TO BRING THEIR SPECIAL SAUCE TO SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA AND BEYOND.

What We Are Looking For: Store Manager (Lafayette, Scott, Broussard, Carencro, Youngsville)

Our growing company is looking for dynamic Store Managers that have experience in managing Retail and Food Operations. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities of Store Manager

• Recruiting, training, and coaching our team members
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each location
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store
• Setting company goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
• Ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations
• Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Meeting budgets and ensuring that each store operates within the budget
• Monitoring each store's margins and pricing
• Addressing operational problems that arise
• Retain and Develop an Amazing Team
• Ensuring that customer service levels are exceptional

Qualifications for operations project manager

• Minimum 3 years experience in store management position
• C Store Experience is a PLUS
• Leadership and Training Skills
• Understanding Costs and Pricing, Procurement
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, in both communication and relationship management
• Complete the Louisiana Vendor Permit Card (Bar Card) before start date
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the store’s location

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 plus bonus up to $24,000 per year

• 35% Employee discount [only while clocked in]
• Paid time off [after 1 year of an average of 35 or more hours]

• 10 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lafayette, LA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
