Job Overview
Our growing CPA firm is seeking a Manager/Supervising Senior to join our professional team and help deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth individuals across a variety of industries.

Our office is located in Spring near 1-45 and Cypresswood. We offer part-time and full-time hours and a casual on-site/remote hybrid workplace.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 – $175,000/year (commensurate with experience), plus bonus potential

What You'll Do

  • Lead client engagements and manage day-to-day projects
  • Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
  • Proactively work with clients on tax planning and other projects
  • Review complex individual, partnership, corporation and fiduciary tax returns
  • Supervise and mentor senior and staff accountants
  • Contribute to firm growth and internal process improvement

 

What We're Looking For

  • Active CPA/EA license is required
  • Minimum 3+ years of recent tax experience with a local, regional, national or international CPA firm
  • Ability to communicate with the IRS & other authorities on tax matters
  • Strong tax technical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability
  • Friendly, dependable, team-player, with ability to work independently as well as with the team

  • Tax Preparation: 3 years (Required)
  • Reviewing Tax Returns: 1 years (Preferred)
