Technical Recruiter must have experience in the information technology (IT) sector. In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious. Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for roles at cb20 and for clients that are part of our strategic staffing business.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients.
• Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Remain up to date on industry trends to ensure that candidates are evaluated using the prevailing standards and measurements.
• Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and to ensure that it attracts qualified professionals.

• Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
• Build and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Remain up to date on technological trends in order to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.
• Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector
• Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Identifies and participate in tech conferences, job fairs, community events and school campus recruitment events
• Approaches all work activities with a customer service focus being mindful of HR as a service department in support of the organization
• Follow new hire through their first 90 days for internal support and guidance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network

Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or related field
• Two or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting for an agency
• Strong experience in sales, business development, or client development
