Temp PT Faculty-Educational Leadership We are recruiting for Part-Time Instructors in the Educational Leadership program, designed for active, high-achieving educators seeking to deepen their understanding of leadership for learning and transformation. These instructors contribute to and benefit from an emergent community of learners. The role involves teaching graduate students in administrative licensure and educational leadership programs, focusing on supporting students through coursework and internships to develop competence, care, cultural responsiveness, self-reflection, collegiality, and evidence-based assessment. Courses may be taught online. The faculty member will also help enhance the coherence and effectiveness of the program. Courses we are recruiting for include: LEAD 501 Educational Leadership in a Democratic Society LEAD 503 Data Informed Instructional Leadership LEAD 509 Leadership and Organizational Change LEAD 521 School Finance and Resource Allocation LEAD 529 Adult Learner LEAD 603 Intro to Data Analysis for Organizational Leaders LEAD 520 The School Principalship LEAD 530 Leadership for Conflict Resolution LEAD 561 Legal Issues for School Leaders LEAD 609 Quantitative Methods for Analyzing and Transforming Organizations Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in educational leadership/administration or equivalent, with successful administrative experience in K-12 or higher education Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate in educational leadership/administration 6+ years of administrative experience in K-12 or higher education Potential or demonstrated ability to teach online and at the college level Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success Application Instructions Apply through the official UNMJobs site.
