Job Overview

New start-up business in Henderson, seeking virtual assistant to work with CEO and Operations Manager directly. May develop into full time position. Should be a self-starter.

Qualifications

• Some college and/or certifications
• 1-year assistant experience preferred
• Employer references
• Independent Remote

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with personal assistant responsibilities and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
