🧩 About the Role:

As a  Remote Benefits Representative , you’ll be responsible for:

• Connecting with members virtually to explain benefit options.

• Building lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.

• Assisting members with enrollment and policy selection.

• Providing continued client support and guidance post-enrollment.

💼 Qualifications:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Basic computer and Zoom proficiency.

• Reliable work ethic with personal accountability.

• Energetic, friendly, and people-oriented personality.

• Time management and organizational abilities.

• Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
