Warehouse Worker - Inventory & Carpenter Operations (2nd Shift)

This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Location: Houston, TX 77032
Pay Rate: $17 - $19/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM – must be available for overtime.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Worker with Inventory Clerk & Carpenter experience on the North East side of Houston, TX. Must be able to interview immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Warehouse Worker / Inventory Clerk / Carpenter Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair and replace pallets as needed to maintain safety and functionality.
• Re-wrap pallets for stability and safe handling.
• Perform daily and nightly inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory movements and adjustments.
• Document and report any damages to pallets or cargo.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Warehouse Worker / Inventory Clerk / Carpenter Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in Inventory or Carpenter roles.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for pallet repair.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely.
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Available to work regular scheduled hours and additional as needed.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
