Job Title: Accounting Specialist

\n Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus
Job Description:
\nA growing third-party logistics organization is seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join their team. This company is family-owned, people-focused, and known for its award-winning workplace culture. Their teams use industry-leading proprietary software to support customers across diverse industries and deliver exceptional supply chain solutions every day.
What You’ll Do:
\n\nAnalyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
\n\t\n\tMonitor and track budget performance and highlight significant variances
\n\t\n\tReview AP/AR transactions and address inquiries
\n\t\n\tReconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
\n\t\n\tIdentify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analysis
\n\t\nQualifications:
\n\n3+ years of corporate accounting experience
\n\t\n\tStrong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting principles
\n\t\n\tAbility to analyze financial data and identify variances or trends
\n\t\n\tProficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems
\n\t\n\tStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
