\n Location: Orrville, OH (Fully Onsite)
\n Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Direct Hire
\n Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus

What You’ll Do:

  • \n\t

    Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Monitor and track budget performance and highlight significant variances

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Review AP/AR transactions and address inquiries

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analysis

    \n\t\n

Qualifications:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    3+ years of corporate accounting experience

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting principles

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Ability to analyze financial data and identify variances or trends

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems

    \n\t\n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

    \n\t\n
