Seeking an Activities Assistant to serve at Grace Home, our long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota. This employee works on an as needed, casual basis. Shifts are 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Holiday and weekend rotations are required.

What You'll Do:

Assist director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing therapeutic recreation activity programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards, to assure that the spiritual development, emotional, physical, recreational, and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.
• Basic Cardiac Life support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire. 
• Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
• Nursing home work experience preferred.

Shift Start/End: 7:30 am, 2:00 pm /2:30 pm, 8:00 pm

Hours Per Pay Period: PRN

Compensation Range: $15.48 - $23.22 / hour

FTE: 0

Weekends: Every Other
