Overview Job Title :- Agile Coach (1) Employment Type :- W2 Duration :- Long Term Visa Type :- All Visa applicable which are ready for W2 Location :- Seattle/Bellevue, WA (Onsite) Qualifications Minimum of9+ years of experience in Agile methodologies/product management, in a corporate setting Must have “ SPC6certification ” Framework agnostic – should be able to work with any Agile Framework Ledalarge, cross-domain group of stakeholders Need a fairly senior resource (but not too senior) who can work with both ground-level teams as well as Directors and above. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, specifically in a virtual environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work as part of a team Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet Agile needs and training delivery with the organization’s goals and objectives. Develop and maintain training resources, including SharePoint libraries, handouts, and other training resources. Provide feedback to the instructional design team on the effectiveness of training delivery and learning initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
