Insight Global is seeking an experienced Agile Coach for one of our largest clients in Northeast. Ohio. As an Agile Coach, you should be deeply familiar with a variety of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and have a proven track record of working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for agile principles and possess the ability to guide teams and organizations through the complexities of agile transformation. You will be working with multiple groups of leaders both in business and IT, supporting multiple or one or two business segments, as well as being the support for the scrum masters in certain areas. You will be assigned to 6-12 teams within the company. Additionally, you will be driving high-level change to the organization with other Agile Coaches for IT leaders. You will be working with scrum masters across organizations, project managers, and possibly domain. There are 40+ agile teams and 3 actual agile release trains.

- Project Management background
- Certification in Agile Coaching (e. g., ICP-ACC, CEC) and/or SAFe (e. g., SPC, RTE)
- 5 years experience as an Agile Coach
- Strong background in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience coaching and influencing at all levels: coached teams, middle management, and senior leadership
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile project management tools, and agile/lean metrics.
