Responsibilities include: Initiate the planning and scope within an Agile framework. Prepare for sprint planning meetings. Run sprint retrospective meetings. Help teammates stay motivated and cheerful. Inspire the team, provide tools, and promote personal growth. Distribute information on the Agile process to all team members early on. Teach necessary process steps during the project's lifespan. Assist in the development of project plans. Identify probable project pitfalls. Respond to colleagues' questions. Recognize and diagnose process problems. Coach Agile Product Owners to achieve corporate value and project vision. Create user stories to assist Product Managers. Empower Product Owners to make tactical decisions and create strategic connections with other business members. Mentor Scrum Masters who want to become coaches. Assist Scrum Masters with meeting preparation, including pre-planning, scheduling, daily scrums, and reviews. Train managers in the applications of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Educate managers on dealing with cultural shifts caused by the project. Develop an agile mindset for all team members, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and change. Support agile-based processes by implementing governing policies. Recognize relevant metrics to define the measurement system. Implement changes to ease into new ways of working. Expose dysfunctions by applying system thinking. Counsel and evaluate agile frameworks. Think of new ways to form contracts with customers. Additional Responsibilities Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, implementation of best practices, and perform value creation and KM activities. Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents. Create project plans and keep track of schedules for on-time delivery as per defined quality standards. Work closely with the development team and on-site engineers to understand technical requirements and address technical issues.
