Immediate opening for a full-time clerical person. This is a fast-paced position with a heavy emphasis on data entry, file processing and legal support. No experience necessary, just a desire to learn.

Working independently as well as in a team
Paying close attention to details (even while multi-tasking)
Working to meet deadlines

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support
Scanning, data entry, faxing, filing, copying, etc.
Assisting attorneys and department managers on a daily basis.

Qualifications/Requirements
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Email
Multitask with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail; well organized
