The Banquet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests during weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sets up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, decorations, and equipment.
• Greets guests upon arrival and provides excellent customer service throughout the event.
• Serves food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, following established serving protocols.
• Monitors guest needs and promptly responds to requests or concerns.
• Clears tables and maintains cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event.
• Works closely with the kitchen and event planning staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.
• Assists with event breakdown and cleanup tasks as needed.
• Maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Collaborates with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
