About the Role
The Company is seeking a Board Member to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a background in creating profitable growth and experience in strategic development. The role is pivotal in the company's upcoming transformation, which involves renewing its offerings, developing new products, and enhancing collaborative practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the company's strategic goals are met through innovation, renewal, and growth, and will be expected to contribute to strategic work and provide input on potential sales leads. While not mandatory, valuable experience for this position includes a background in private equity and/or venture capital, board experience from growth companies, and a background in service sales or consulting. Additionally, experience in sectors such as defense, security, emergency preparedness, or healthcare, as well as technological expertise and a background in business development, are considered advantageous. The role requires a strategic, relationship-driven individual with a high level of execution ability, capable of combining strategic insight with a relational approach to drive results in a period of renewal.
