Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver/Mover to join our logistics and operations team. This role involves safely transporting event/staging materials, furniture, and equipment to and from warehouses, venues, and client sites. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to represent us professionally in client-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles (vans, box trucks, etc.) to deliver and pick up furniture, props, and event materials.

• Load and unload trucks with care, ensuring all items are secure, undamaged, and accounted for.

• Assist with on-site setups and breakdowns of creative installations, furniture, décor, and staging elements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and warehouse spaces.

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

• Communicate effectively with logistics, design, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not always required)

• Clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
