100 miles of Odessa, TX
75 miles of El Paso, TX
75 miles of Abilene, TX
75 miles of Lubbock, TX
75 miles of Deming, NM
75 miles of Tucson, AZ
Freight: Dry freight – hand unload with gravity rollers
Delivery Area: Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern UT, Southern CO
Load/Unload: 100% touch freight – unload required, paid per unload
Miles per Week: ~2,000
Schedule: Weekly runs with 2–3 loads and multiple stops
Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (reset days may vary based on freight needs)
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: May be required
Orientation: 2–3 days in Dallas, TX (paid)
Weekly Average Pay: $1,500
Top Weekly Pay: $1,700
Annual Average Pay: $78,000
Top Annual Pay: $88,400
Bonus: Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus – up to 3% of mileage pay
Valid CDL Class A License
Minimum 3 months CDL A experience
Must live within hiring area (Odessa, El Paso, Abilene, Lubbock, Deming NM, or Tucson AZ)
Ability to hand unload freight with rollers
Must meet DOT requirements (MVR, drug test, medical card, etc.)
Home Weekly – 34-hour reset at home
Competitive Pay – earn $1,500–$1,700 weekly
Unload Pay – paid for every unload using rollers
Bonuses – up to 3% mileage pay for safe & on-time driving
Equipment – late-model automatic tandem-axle sleeper trucks pulling 53' dry vans
Orientation – 2–3 days in Dallas, TX (paid)
