The pay range for this positions is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on skills and experience. She / he is also responsible that daily housekeeping and laundry tasks are completed. The Personal Care Aide supports the residents by serving in the dining room and by facilitating or participation in activities. She / he is responsible for effectively communicating with residents and families, as well as notifying the Director / Assistant of any changes in conditions or concerns. The Personal Care Aide plays an important part in the marketing of the facility.Required TasksAssist all residents with care needs as necessary including bathing, dressing, grooming, etcAssist with meals, including table set-up, serving, and clean-up after the mealAnswer help bells and take appropriate actionCommunicate and/ or document any information regarding residents to the appropriate supervisorAssist in housekeeping and laundry task for the residentAssist in general housekeeping duties for the homeQualificationsAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to prioritize and be flexibleAble to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in a resident's best interestCNA certificate preferredMust be at least 21 years of age or work under the direction of someone at least 21 years of ageRequirements:Must be current on all vaccinations including COVID- 19 andreceive CDC recommended booster doses
