🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll bring nonprofit missions to life through live, in-person engagement. Your work will directly support local and national causes through:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of charity events and community fundraisers

  • Supporting event logistics including setup, signage, registration , and volunteer coordination

  • Engaging donors, supporters, and event attendees to share campaign goals and inspire participation

  • Managing materials, event supplies, and on-site communication to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintaining accurate donor data and assisting with post-event follow-ups and reporting

  • Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to deliver successful outcomes

  • Participating in team meetings and professional training to develop outreach and event skills
