We’re hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Assistants to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns , community events , and public outreach initiatives . In this role, you’ll help organize and execute live charity events that raise awareness and funds for causes that matter.

This is an impactful, people-focused opportunity with full training provided —perfect for recent grads, career changers, or anyone excited to build a meaningful career in events, outreach, or nonprofit work.

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of charity events, pop-up fundraisers, and outreach activations

• Represent national nonprofits and community-focused initiatives in a professional, engaging manner

• Greet attendees, answer questions, and promote the mission and goals of our charity partners

• Collect donations and support donor enrollment efforts through face-to-face conversations

• Maintain accurate records of event performance, donor interactions, and outreach results

• Collaborate with your team to improve event execution and audience engagement

• Support team training and development as you grow into a leadership role

You don’t need experience—just passion , people skills , and a willingness to learn .

• Outgoing, friendly, and passionate about helping others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Able to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework is a plus)

• Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, or events are helpful but not required
