Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

Salary Range: $36.73 - $60.93

Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist III, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in patients' lives. We are looking for dedicated nursing professionals who can demonstrate clinical excellence and a commitment to patient care.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Execute physician orders efficiently, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess and monitor patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs and responses.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide comprehensive primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational health issues.
• Administer prescribed medications and over-the-counter treatments as directed.
• Collaborate actively with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Mentor and guide ancillary staff to uphold professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is necessary.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and principles, with the ability to apply them effectively in patient care settings.
