Commit to working every weekend, Saturday/Sunday.
May pre-schedule four weekends per year and continue to meet program requirements. One weekend per quarter.
Employee subject to center attendance policy.
Employee will lose the Every Weekend differential for all weekend days if they call out for either day of either weekend in pay period. If weekend differential is forfeited due to not meeting program requirement, standard shift differential will be paid for weekend hours worked in that pay period.
Employee will receive base rate plus $3.00/hour differential for weekend hours worked by Nursing Assistants. All other hours worked in the pay period will be paid the standard shift differential.
Employees will be part-time hourly employees if they work 24 hours per weekend but may commit to 16 hours during week if they elect to be full time.
Certified Nursing Assistants provide clinical support services to our residents by performing a variety of duties related to patient care. Takes patient vital signs, assists patients with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, feeding, toileting, etc.), inventories and replenishes supplies and equipment, and performs special assigned duties as needed.
