D.P. Tool & Machine, Inc. is a family-owned precision machine shop with over 50 years of experience serving aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, electrical, and medical industries. Our 100% Mazak-equipped facility features Integrex multitasking machines, 5-axis milling, and Mazatrol controls — providing an ideal environment for highly skilled machinists to thrive.

We are seeking a CNC Integrex Set-Up Programmer with strong Mazak/Mazatrol expertise to join our team.

What You’ll Do\n

\n
• Develop and edit Mazatrol programs directly on Integrex multitasking machines
\n
• Use solid models to create CNC programs for complex parts
\n
• Perform setup and first-piece inspections to ensure tight tolerance requirements
\n
• Design workholding solutions and select cutting tools
\n
• Calculate feeds, speeds, and cutting factors to optimize cycle times
\n
• Create robust machining processes to maximize quality and efficiency
\n
• Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles
\n
• Ensure safe operation and use proper PPE at all times
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED
\n
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
\n
• Experience with Mazatrol programming (required)
\n
• Hands-on experience with Integrex multitasking machines (preferred)
\n
• Mechanical aptitude and strong shop math/trigonometry skills
\n
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
\n

Pay & Schedule\n

\n
• Pay Range: $24.00 – $36.00/hour (based on experience)
\n
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
\n
• Shift: Day shift in a climate-controlled shop
\n
