Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Forest Lake, MN (Hybrid - Some Work-from-Home Flexibility)
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Our client is a well-established insurance agency that partners with over 70 providers to offer tailored solutions in Auto, Home, Business, Life, and Health insurance.
Role Overview:The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
Process policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
Work closely with carriers and underwriters.
Maintain accurate client records using insurance software.
Experience in commercial insurance (account management, underwriting, or risk assessment).
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
