At Aberdeen, we are looking for full and part-time court cost compliance liaisons to join our team in the telecommunications industry. As a compliance liaison, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving defendants’ court costs and ensuring effective and efficient payment collections. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing delinquent defendant accounts, establishing payment arrangements, and coordinating with internal and external departments to resolve outstanding balances. Your ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations will be key to your success. Responsibilities

• · Assess and analyze delinquent customer accounts to determine appropriate action
• · Contact defendants to negotiate and establish payment arrangements
• · Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and payment agreements
• · Collaborate with internal departments to resolve balance/payment disputes
• · Monitor and track payment progress and follow up with defendants as needed
• · Provide exceptional service while effectively managing challenging situations
• · Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline collections procedures

Requirements

• · Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• · Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with collections software preferred
• · Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• · Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and regulatory requirements a plus
• · Bi-lingual speaker a plus
