Position Overview

We are hiring a Cruise Reservations Agent to support clients in planning and booking cruise travel experiences. In this remote role, you will provide personalized service, helping travelers choose the right cruise line, itinerary, and onboard features that align with their needs.

This position includes access to industry tools and ongoing support, making it suitable for individuals who are new to the travel industry or looking to transition into a client-facing booking role.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, including destinations, cruise lines, ship types, and amenities
• Search and recommend cruise packages based on availability, budget, and client interests
• Book and manage cruise reservations using our internal systems and supplier tools
• Keep accurate and updated records of all client communications and travel details
• Monitor travel regulations, cruise line policies, and promotions to provide up-to-date recommendations
• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after booking to ensure an exceptional experience

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and the travel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable using digital platforms and web-based booking tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer
• No prior travel experience required
