POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst – Pediatrics supports the organization’s analytical and reporting initiatives related to pediatric quality performance. This role focuses on building and maintaining accurate, automated reporting processes that enable leadership to monitor outcomes, identify trends, and improve overall clinical performance across pediatric centers. The position strengthens the company’s data infrastructure and ensures the delivery of reliable insights that guide strategic and operational decision-making.

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities but may assist in training new staff members.
WORKING CONDITIONS
General office working conditions. May require occasional overtime during peak periods, such as month-end or year-end closings.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust the focus. Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day. Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct sales presentations. Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computers and peripherals. Exposure to variable weather conditions is likely.
