Job Description

The Director of Athletics and Sports Engagement at Nzinga Management Agency will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies to enhance and expand the agency’s relationships with athletes, sports professionals, and sports-related entities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the sports industry, marketing, and athlete engagement. The director will work closely with the talent management team to develop personalized strategies for athletes and enhance brand partnerships and collaborations within the sports sector. Experience Proven experience (5+ years) in sports management, athlete representation, or a related field. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Nzinga’s presence within the athletic and sports industry.
• Manage relationships with professional athletes, sports influencers, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and talent management teams to create sponsorship opportunities, endorsements, and brand partnerships.
• Oversee the execution of sports-related campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and assess the impact of sports campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support the development and growth of sports talent within the agency’s roster.
• Represent Nzinga Management Agency at industry events, conferences, and in meetings with potential partners.
• Ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s mission and core values.
