Your Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic team at our Woodhull, Illinois location. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure smooth operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections, adhering to guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with program leaders to uphold our electrical safety program.
• Follow all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
• Propose improvements for safety through electrical programs and process changes.
• Take on various other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in various conditions, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.
• Willingness to work overtime and shifts, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.

What Makes You Stand Out

If you have any of the following, you’ll be a great fit:

• Licensed Electrician.
• Experience with Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Background in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and HVAC.
• Familiarity with E-Maintenance or similar systems for work orders and parts inventory.

Working Conditions

• This is a site-dedicated role, 100% on-site at our Corteva location.
• No Visa sponsorship or relocation allowance is available for this position.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $64,570 to $80,710 , with eligibility for an annual bonus based on geographic location and qualifications.
