Our prestigious law firm is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Permanent Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of advising our esteemed clients on the most effective methods to manage their wealth and assets. This will involve the creation of wills, trusts, and other financial planning documents. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asset protection and the ability to develop strategies that will secure our clients' wealth and provide for their loved ones in the future.

5. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to safeguard clients' wealth.

Job Details

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an estate planning attorney.
4. Extensive knowledge of estate planning law and tax implications.
5. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.
