Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*

* Install, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems using advanced tools and techniques.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to efficiently resolve system malfunctions.
* Calibrate controls, test system performance, and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
* Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements during installations and repairs.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating solutions, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.

*Qualifications:*

* *Experience:* At least 5 years of proven expertise in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial systems.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and components.
* *Customer Service:* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
* *Problem-Solving:* Strong analytical skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
* *Work Ethic:* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
* *Certifications (Preferred):* EPA Certification, NATE Certification, or equivalent credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $44.00 per hour
