Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Extrusion Operators for projects located in and around Nenah, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to $30/hour based on experience & skill level. If you are a Extrusion Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Safely set up, operate, & monitor extrusion machinery
Perform full machine setup for production runs
Load raw materials into machines
Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications
Calibrate equipment for optimal performance
Maintenance proper material flow & monitor machine output for quality
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during production
Ensure safety, efficiency, & quality standards are met
Other tasks as assigned
