• Prepare and deliver personalized insurance proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of various coverage options.
• Engage in prospecting efforts through networking events, client referrals, and agency-generated leads to expand your client base.
• Guide customers in identifying their financial protection needs and suggest policies that align with their goals and lifestyle.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by maintaining consistent communication and delivering ongoing support.
• Ensure an outstanding client experience by providing prompt assistance and accurate policy information.
• Work alongside experienced agents to gain in-depth knowledge of insurance products, customer engagement strategies, and proven sales approaches.
• Take part in structured training and professional development activities designed to help you transition into a fully licensed insurance agent role.

• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Driven, ambitious, and able to work independently toward personal and team goals.
• Skilled at building trust and maintaining lasting client relationships.
• Open to completing the licensing process to become a certified Farmers Insurance agent.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have consistent access to reliable transportation.
