Job Title: Field Department Worker
Location: American Falls, ID
Pay: $14.50/hour
Schedule: Temporary
Free Shuttle: Daily transportation provided from Pocatello
We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join a Field Department for the upcoming harvest season. This temporary position lasts approximately 4 to 5 weeks , with all work conducted outdoors , independent of main plant operations. ***MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD***
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and organize harvest cellars
Complete assigned and self-directed tasks
Sample and test during and after harvest
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically able to lift, carry, and complete hands-on tasks
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Comfortable working with various tools and equipment
This position is physically demanding and completely outdoors . It does not involve regular plant operations. If you’re not interested in active, hands-on work in changing weather conditions, this may not be the right fit.
