Who we need
Reporting to the Plant Controller, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Lebanon, Indiana plant. You will play a key role in analyzing operational and financial performance, providing timely reporting, and supporting plant leadership in making data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the Plant Manager, Production, Warehouse, and other site leaders as part of the Indianapolis leadership team, ensuring that operational performance is fully understood from a financial perspective.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with three days onsite at our plant in Lebanon, Indiana and two days remote each week.
What’s in it for you
Impact. You will provide the analysis that drives decision-making across production, inventory, and plant spending. Your work will directly support the plant leadership team in understanding financial results, identifying variances, and reducing waste.
Exposure. You will work closely with operations, production, and warehouse leadership every day. As part of a small on-site finance team that is connected to a larger corporate group, you will gain both depth and breadth of experience.
Career development. This role provides a clear path to more senior responsibilities within finance. You will gain exposure to costing, material usage, and variance analysis, as well as opportunities to support sales reporting. You will have the chance to develop automation solutions, improve data reporting, and build presentations for leadership, giving you visibility across the organization.
