Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and fun individual to lead our studio and support staff to collectively drive sale and studio growth.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sales Growth: Focus on increasing revenue and memberships
• Training and Hiring Staff:  Empowering staff with sales training, feedback and check-ins
• Marketing and outreach: Collaborating with local businesses to create partnerships for studio awareness
• Operations: Oversee the daily operations and up-keep of the studio 
• Scheduling:  Manage staff & instructor scheduling
• Payroll:  Process payroll semi-monthly

• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week including weekends; holiday availability if needed
• Fitness & wellness minded who enjoys to workout
• Efficient at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
• Dependable, flexible and an energetic natural leader with attention to detail
• Sales experience required
• Ability to train and lead other staff members
• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Proficient with Gmail & Google Sheets/Excel
• Mindbody Software experience a plus
