What we offer : Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 yearly Full-time employees eligible for 401K and healthcare benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision) Daily complimentary meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) Opportunity for career development nationally and internationally Collaborative environment in a leading luxury global hospitality company Responsibilities Ensure full compliance with DO & CO, industry, and regulatory food safety and product integrity standards Lead and manage facility audits, inspections, and consultations to ensure operational compliance Maintain accurate and current food safety documentation, logs, and regulatory paperwork Monitor integrated food safety and quality programs across all products manufactured, distributed, or sold Conduct supplier assessments and audits to maintain quality and food safety standards Collaborate with department managers to implement new products and practices effectively Investigate customer and internal complaints, ensuring corrective actions are documented and resolved Oversee sanitation standards, including pest control, chemical usage, and readiness for regulatory inspections Lead hygiene training programs, including new hire orientation, retraining, and ongoing staff development Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of Hygiene, Quality Assurance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing site Deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO, SQF and food safety systems Food Safety Certification, state-specific if applicable HACCP Certified PCQI – Preventative Control Qualified Individual Proactive and self-organized with ability to manage a substantial workload Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to meet deadlines and handle assigned tasks efficiently Flexibility to work different shifts (night, weekends, holidays) Diversity & Inclusion DO & CO provides equal employment opportunities.
