As a Full-Stack Software Developer , you’ll build and enhance innovative software solutions to power business initiatives, blending creativity and technical expertise to evolve new and existing systems that drive impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience :

  • Database management system: 3 years or more; coding, testing, and design: 3 years or more
  • Software development methodologies: 3 years or more

Education :

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

Skills :

  • Proficient in C#, .NET Framework/Core, Entity Framework, and JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write and evaluate T-SQL and/or PLSQL
  • Familiarity with Typescript, JSON and Git for version control
  • Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Messaging Queue (Kafka / RabbitMQ), JavaScript frameworks: Vue, React, Angular

Abilities :

  • Strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation)
  • Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and suggest actions to improve or correct performance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Highly organized with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Hybrid Schedule - Four in-office days weekly
